Breakfast

Thank you NANCY’SPetite Stuffed Bagels for sponsoring this post. Brunching at home just got easier and more delicious with the launch of NANCY’S Pumpkin Petite Stuffed Bagels!

Enjoy a classic holiday brunch menu, equally impressive and delicious… not to mention, deceptively easy! Perfect for a post-present opening soiree! Guests always love the included Winter Citrus Salad Recipe!

I recall holiday parties growing up. As kids, we would peer over the balcony at the my parents’ friends and ogle the food. Inevitably we’d pop downstair and fill up a to-go plate to eat in the playroom. One item that alway’s graced the table? NANCY’S Pumpkin Petite Stuffed Bagels. They seemed so French and posh.

Decades later, we’re still enjoying NANCY’S. For holiday gatherings and in the everyday. We’re fancy like that. 😉

My kids love NANCY’S just as much as I do, so what better than to enjoy an post-present opening brunch with new NANCY’S Pumpkin Petite Stuffed Bagels.Made with PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese blended with pumpkin puree in a pumpkin spice bagel, they take just minutes to heat up in the microwave or oven.

They are perfectly delish as is. But since it’s the holidays, I drizzled mine with caramel sauce and then sprinkle on chopped pecans and powdered sugar. Served with mimosas (for the adults, #obvi), and this delicious Winter Citrus Salad with Poppyseed Dressing, brunch has never been easier or more merry!

Winter Citrus Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

I love the colors in this salad, with green and reds are perfect for the season. The dressing I’ve used in this, is inspired by a recipe I also had growing up. It’s delicious over spinach and berries in the summer, too!

I like to prepare all of the fruit (except the apples to keep them from browning), the night before. Lightens the load for the big day! Peel and segment the mandarins, peel and slice the kiwi. Then open and remove the arils from the pomegranate. Do this under water to make it less messy. The next day, I chop up the honeycrisp apple.

When you’re ready to serve, prepare the dressing. In a medium bowl, whisk the honey, vinegar, and poppy seeds until blended.

Toss desired amount of dressing with the fresh fruit and serve with NANCY’S Pumpkin Petite Stuffed Bagelshot out of the oven!
