Lucas Bestercan (R13) you can train your driver and do moves what motivating the driver.

All this plus points increase the OA. This is a legit move and no hacks or similar.

edit: he sign the contract with the driver at allod 85 OA. than he did the things I said

The current hiring manager signed the contract the previous season. And, most likely, he did some training this season, raising his OA above 85 points.
When relegated, the driver only loses if he exceeds the score within the category.

According to some commentaries there are magical moves that make him go up before the season starts. When everyone should have a pilot from 85 downwards and not one from 88 as I saw.

If the driver before season restart had more than the limit (rookie 85), the manager would have lost the driver automatic.

Maybe the manager was really quick and you not saw the improvement.

edit: look at my Amateur 52 league. One driver got 128 OA. Limit is 110. It is legit. but I do not know how this manager did this.

I do not know what is your problem Lucas Bestercan (R13) .

You can do the same moves.

The more OA points does not mean that you win. The different attributes do the difference. You can win races with way less OA than 85.

And I and other managers checked Tiago. There is no problem in driver history or anything else.

This is why it's worse to read the rules only half way than to not read them at all.

The driver needs to be 85 or less WHEN YOU HIRE them. After that you can train your driver to higher values. That's not cheating. That's playing the game

You see a horn on a horse's head. Unicorns only exist in fairy tales.
If you train your pilot as a "sports psychologist", you will see that the OA will improve by more than 4/5 points.

Please try to read the rule's game, or try to ask for a mentor. That's NO cheat at all.
You can try train your driver and offer better contract to increase that level (for example) but also you have to understand that value will not make win races, the difference like other manager says here, you'll find at train some skill and improve your driver.

It's easy blame the game if you don't read the rules.

In Argentina we say "nobody born knowing," at my first season I made a lot of mistakes... Today I have more than 900 gps and I'm still learning.

It's a game of GESTION, no racing game.
