Last night I attended a very important and inspirational event “Love On Your Terms” by Love Reignighted, a company created by my friend and spirit sister, Hevi Serdar. Last night we heard from amazing coach and speaker Alain Phillips Yeroham and event mastermind Juliana Lopes. These humans say what they do and do what’s in integrity. I was so amazed by the growth in the community since my last visit over a year ago, and this was the FIRST ever event for Love Reignighted, which centered around dating and love. The message was truly impactful for everyone, no matter where you are in life. My main takeaways:1. Nobody is ever triggerproof - if we finish our evolution, it’s time to return to spirit.💣💥 I’m human too and had my own vulnerability come up in this space as a single woman and full-time mom.✨Triggers, discomfort and vulnerability are our signs that we’re being called to embody our superpowers (yes, we all have them and my specialty is helping you see and claim yours), and step onto our greatness 💫2. Turn inward and honour YOUR vision. 💣💥 I say it all the time, guide others, hold space for reflection, I simply am in my journey, trusting divine guidance AND I’m actually not focused on my vision, I’m focused on trusting spirit. ✨ Create space for your spirit-guided vision (biggest difference from creating for ego vs creating for the greatest good of all concerned), craft a plan, hire a team and do what the vision calls for. Make every step count towards your vision and honor everyone along the way 💫 when we do life becomes effortless, constantly synchronistic, and truly fulfilling. #loveLove is the answer. 💚As a child born into the swinging 60s of London with a couple of hippie parents, it’s not altogether surprising to hear me talk of love. 💚Love and spreading its power is my purpose, in my life and in my work.In personal development terms the more we love ourselves, the more able, we are to learn, grow and make the lasting change for ourselves we want.Love in my coaching is kindness, compassion and forgiveness and are the primary tools I use. Don’t get me wrong 😑… this ain’t all fluffy pink stuff, tough love and challenge is there too, I will call you out when it needs it!😉 Let me be honest no client has ever come to me, asking for help to help love themselves more! Most of my ‘away from’ (see note below) Clients are recognising something in their lives, has to change, and they want help to do that. I'm a little bit silly, I have a playful spirit that just can't be contained. I love to dance, and when I do, it's like I'm in my own world of happiness. Laughter is my music, and I can't help but dance to its rhythm.For me, love is the answer to every question life throws our way. I cherish the simplicity of things; life doesn't have to be complicated, you know? It's a belief I hold close to my heart.One thing I've learned is that we're responsible for our own feelings. No one else can make me mad or hurt my feelings unless I allow it. I'm in control of how I want to feel, and I choose to embrace positivity.I'm a firm believer that I can shape my own experiences in life. I'm a creator, and every day is a canvas waiting to be painted with my dreams and desires. I don't waste my time on jealousy or fear of missing out because I understand that I have the power to create the life I want.Living with awareness is essential to me. I don't run from my emotions or blame others. I face them head-on. What am I feeling? What are my thoughts? That's the kind of honesty and communication I value.I believe in taking action, not just relying on inspiration. Sure, inspiration feels great, but it can be a trap, pulling you into a comfort zone where nothing changes. Transformation only happens when you take inspired action. It means embracing courage, taking risks, and enduring discomfort. Creating new habits and being consistent are the keys to real change.I don't get caught up in escapism, whether it's binge-watching, binge-eating, or any other distraction. I know that these are just smoke screens, providing temporary relief without addressing the real issues.I've learned that your inner world shapes your outer world, and that's why I believe in true love. Love is rooted in truth, and it's the key to freedom. Love dispels fear, which can hold you hostage. If you want real freedom, peace, satisfaction, and a vibrant, energized life, you have to embrace love.You might know Jesus, but it's not enough to know; you have to apply his teachings.
